Dr Sheldon and Dr Mitchell will be reducing their working hours.
A number of patients registered with Dr Sheldon and Dr Mitchell will be moved to Dr Hayes who will be the new permanent GP at the Nelson Medical Centre.
Patients effected by this change will be informed when contacting the surgery.
