We have a new year of UEA medical students starting in September 2023 till June 2024, we rely on our fantastic patients to kindly come in and talk about their medical history.
Research has shown that students really benefit from these interactions and learn a lot about people, how they manage conditions, and the opportunity to discover new approaches to medical treatment in the future.
What you need to know…
- We organise for patients to see students, rotating between two groups, for the total time of one hour. This allows the students to gain insight to medical history the unique background, around care and management.
- We offer refreshments whilst you are with us and reimbursement of parking costs.
- Rooms are accessible to all patients; we welcome someone to support a patient if they choose too.
